Lady Washington, the official tall ship of Washington State, visits the state capitol often and has became an annual visitor to Olympia Harbor Days offering public sailings and dockside touring!

Virginia V

The Steamer Virginia V is a National Historic Landmark and a treasure of Puget Sound maritime history and is a frequent visitor to Olympia Harbor Days offering harbor tours, tugboat race viewing, and 1-way trips between Olympia and Tacoma.  Dockside touring available when Virginia V is not cruising. Advanced reservations suggested.

One-Way Cruise to Olympia:

Drone Show Viewing:

sailings aboard THE OLYMPIA SCHOONERS!

Schooner Pleiades is an authentic working replica of a 59-foot wooden gaff rigged 1830 Eastport Pinky Schooner built and launched in 1990. The schooner is, owned and operated by the Olympia Schooner Company, which operates out of Swantown Marina, was founded with the dream of bringing traditional sailing craft and skills to Olympia, South Sound, and the Hood Canal and offers year-round sailing charters of the Puget Sound and Salish Sea.

Schooner Pterodactyl is a 58-foot gaff rigged schooner home built in the 70’s in Snohomish, WA by Eddie Landis. Having sailed the Salish Sea for almost 50 years and being based in Olympia since the early 1990’s, she has become an icon in the local maritime community. In 2021 Pterodactyl was passed down to the next generation of sailors who started the Olympia Sailing Company, a boutique private day sailing company operating out of the Boston Harbor Marina April-October.
