Ahoy! Welcome to Olympia Harbor Days! If you are a tugboat enthusiast, a history buff, an arts & crafts lover, or simply someone in search of lots of fun, mark your calendar for Labor Day weekend: September 2 -4, 2016, Friday 5pm-8pm, Saturday 10am-7pm, Sunday 10am-6pm. Harbor Days is an annual festival celebrating the return of the tugboats to Olympia for three days of entertainment, food, art, history, and a last farewell to summer. Vintage, working and retired tugboats are moored at Olympia’s Percival Landing. Many of them are open for tour on Saturday during the festival. Be on hand Sunday as the tugs leave shore to participate in the Annual Harbor Days Tugboat Races in the deep channel of the bay. (Click on the Tugboat tab to see the 2015 winners!) Come join us for 43 years of Tugboat touring and racing, arts and crafts booths, entertainment, food, and a special kids area, as Maritime Heritage is celebrated on the beautiful Olympia, Washington waterfront!

Annual Tugboat Show and Races
Tugboat are on show with many available to board on Saturday. Then on Sunday the Tugs process from Percival Landing on around noon into the deep channel of Budd Bay, the southernmost point of the Puget Sound. Best place for viewing the procession is the Percival boardwalk. Click on the schedule tab to plan your Labor Day Weekend and find all the wonderful activities Harbor Days has to offer. Stand Up Paddleboard Competition and Demonstration
Come watch SUPers from all around the sound race in both a 6K and 3K competition starting at Port Plaza at 10AM Saturday. Then stick around for a kids competition. Timberland Library Readings for Kids
Marine themed books are being selected for 3 reading times during the festival. Kids – be sure to bring your listening ears and sunscreen!
Join (or watch) Zumba in the Park at the Port Plaza from 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM for their last outdoor exercise show of their summer series. Find their schedule here if you want to get in shape ahead of time!
Arts & Crafts Show 2016!
As tradition, Olympia Harbor Days will have another amazing arts and crafts show! Many of your favorite artisans from the Pacific Northwest will me returning with new work. We also have many new craftsman, some who reside right here in Olympia!! Come do your holiday shopping early!

2016 Food, Music and More Fun
Lucky Eagle Casino will be back again smoking the most wonderful cedar plank salmon in the universe!! Of course you can get your fill of traditional carnival food, kettle corn, shaved ice, and Kiwanis Hot Dogs. Our new coffee truck Pony Espresso will be there as well.

This year the proceeds from the raffle will go directly into the Olympia Kiwanis Foundation for College Scholarships for area High School Seniors. Information will be posted soon on how to buy tickets and support our kids!

The Kiwanis Club of Olympia
The Kiwanis Club of Olympia, www.olympiakiwanis.org, was chartered September 15, 1921. It was the first club in the Olympia area and is still the largest and most active. Olympia Kiwanis has been and continues to be one of the leading clubs in the district. As a faithful servant to our community and children, Kiwanis puts on Olympia Harbor Days Maritime Festival and Tugboat Races, encouraging FREE family interaction, fun, and community enrichment.
